Hello I am Sylvester and I am looking for a dog savvy human family and I’ll tell you why. See I am very good at reading my humans and if I sense there is any hesitation from you people around me I may react fearfully because I feel unsure of your motives.
I am still a little unsure of how to be my true self around people so I react to your moods and your actions towards me. I am most comfortable with confident, strong yet very playful humans who are sincerely wanting to be my friends. Then you see me light up, I love to play ball games and I am very affectionate and bouncy once I trust you
I am most reactive to the moods of the other dogs around me as well, so for the most part I enjoy playing alongside the more confident dogs in the other runs here at the shelter. But I will yell and show my darker side to the dogs who are insecure or try to be bossy with me

I want you to lead me kindly and love me enough to invest in training me and guiding me on how to be less cautious around strangers. I am very respectful, gentle and playful with my trusted humans and I would so love to have my very own bestest human friend to love and be with forever.
