Sybil's Story

Sybil is ready to find her family!

If you're looking for a dog who wants to be part of every adventure, every cuddle, and every family moment, Sybil is your girl. Her estimated birthday is 11.26.24.

Sybil is a happy, affectionate pup who never met a stranger. She loves people, enjoys meeting new friends, and is convinced everyone, humans and animals alike, is a potential best friend. She happily greets visitors, soaks up pets and snuggles, and is always ready to hand out kisses.

This smart cookie is fully potty trained and incredibly eager to learn. If dogs had careers, Sybil would probably be an engineer or scientist - her brain is always working! She catches on quickly and loves having opportunities to use both her mind and her energy.

When it's playtime, Sybil is all in. She gets the cutest zoomies around the yard, entertains herself by tossing her favorite stuffed toys into the air, and would likely excel at games of fetch or frisbee. She also loves chew bones, and as long as she has plenty of appropriate toys to enjoy, she's not destructive around the house.

Sybil gets along well with cats and is excited to meet other dogs. She'd love a canine companion who enjoys playing, though she's just as happy being included in whatever her family is doing. She's curious about the world, even if she's a little suspicious of plastic alligator decorations!

Sybil would thrive in a home where her family is around often, where she has opportunities for exercise and enrichment. She would do well children and would make a life-long companion to the family. She loves car rides and is a great walker!

As a bonus, Sybil has an incredibly soft coat and sheds very little!

If you're looking for a loyal, intelligent, fun-loving companion who will want to be by your side through every part of the day, Sybil is ready to become your newest family member.

Apply to adopt here: sayvanimals.org/adopt

[PLEASE NOTE: Despite what PetFinder, AdoptaPet or other aggregation services say, the FIRST STEP in our process is submitting an adoption application. Thank you!]
