Sweetie--ADOPTED!!!

Hi my name is Sweetie! I was picked up as a stray in January while trying to survive the harsh winter months and the scarce amount of food. I gained the name Sweetie while I was staying at the shelter. Everyone was just raved about how I was the sweetest and smartest dog but no one ever came to adopt me. Finally this nice rescue group took me out of the shelter in JUNE!! Yes I was there for five months!! I never thought I would escape but I did. My foster mommy tells me every day it was the best choice she ever made. Here are a few things I’ve heard her say on the phone about me- “Sweetie is house trained, crate trained and great with other kids and dogs. (She hasn’t been tested with cats) Sweetie is well behaved and responds well to commands; she rides well in the car and does great on leash. She is fully vetted, spayed and current on frontline and heartguard. Sweetie would fit well into any lifestyle. She doesn’t need a fenced in yard but does need something to release a small amount of energy. She enjoys playing with other dogs but doesn’t need that to complete her. Overall she is an excellent dog.” This really does sum me up!
