Sweetie's Story

This is what her Texas foster has to say;

I am so fortunate that we are fostering Sweetie right now. She has been a welcomed distraction!
She is absolutely adorable and will make a great doggie for someone! She is a shepherd mix about 12 weeks old (still has her baby teeth). She is going to be a bigger dog based upon her current weight and size of her paws.
We have tried to socialize as much as we have been able to. She had met lots of adult neighbors, friends and even the cul de sac children. She is very friendly.
I have 2 dogs and she is learning the ropes from them as well as dog hierarchy ( she’s at the bottom!)

She’s pretty energetic and loves playing outside and walks pretty well with a harness on. She is very food motivated, intelligent and curious. Learning how to sit and go potty outside. Still working on the potty training. I’ve be keeping her in a crate at night....slept through the night first few days and now is waking up early.

She loves resting in her little dog bed by the couch.
I would think she would do good with any family really but she would be great with a family that is active. She enjoyed her walks and socializing with other dogs and people.
She is also an excellent in the car!
