Sweet Tea's Story

Sweet Tea was found dumped on the side of the road, doing whatever she had to do to survive… including eating a dead deer. Despite that heartbreaking start, she an extremely sweet, happy, playful little puppy. She is a most excellent cuddler, and has fur so soft you can barely tell that you're touching her Sweet Tea is about 3 months old and we have no idea what breed(s) she is. Lakeside Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

Our adoption process consists of a completed and approved application which includes photo(s) of your home, a personal reference and a vet reference if other pets are currently in the home. All applications must be completed in entirety to be considered. Our adoption fee includes your pet's spay/neuter, UTD vaccines and deworming that are age appropriate, rabies and microchip. Meet and greets are only scheduled with an approved application, and no application will be processed if incomplete. You must fill out an application to help achieve our goal of finding permanent, responsible and loving homes for the animals in our care. Applications are not approved on a first come first served basis, but on which home is best suited for the animal. We rely solely upon adoption fees and donations to continue our mission to rescuing the abused, abandoned and neglected animals of our communities.
