Sweet Pea's Story
Sweet Pea is a 3-4 year old female pittie mix who originally came to us as a stray. She weighs 53 pounds. Sweet Pea is a friendly, social girl whose personality shines outside of the kennel. She loves going for walks with our volunteers and running in our play yard. Sweet Pea knows how to sit and takes treats gently. She will need continued work on basic manners and housebreaking to help her be the best dog she can be. Sweet Pea will likely do best as an only dog in a home, but she has proven to really enjoy her kitty friends. Shelter life is stressful for Sweet Pea—we’re hopeful to find her a home soon!
