We've gotten behind on pictures & introductions as we got bombarded with strays last week.<br/><br/>We'll get caught up this week since we are now almost at capacity, again 🥺<br/><br/>We'd like to introduce you to a lovely, gentle stray that has served his hold time and is now availablefor adaption.<br/><br/>He's actually almost a twinsie to one of the staff's personal dogs so we felt like let's let these 2 meet. <br/><br/>He was given the name of Millner by the staff.<br/><br/>Millner is approx. 2 years and slim at 57 pounds. He acts like an innocent young dog, searching for ways to please us.<br/><br/>His gentle disposition is genuine, even when he pops up on his hind legs to get closer he lands his paws on you very gently to touch you.<br/>Treats, he takes them ever so gingerly, never touching your fingers.<br/><br/>Now in play groups with the other dogs & his twinsie friend he's learning how fit in, he knows sit so someone did invest time in him. <br/><br/>Millner looks deep into your soul, he's eager to please without being pushy or annoying. Just endearing energy.<br/><br/>Millner walks beautifully on a leash, no pulls just strides right along with you.<br/><br/>Millner is dog friendly, had no idea what a cat was, he was confused what they were, walked up and backed off immediately like what the heck is that?!<br/><br/>We feel in our hearts he will be the most loyal companion, sometimes you just know...and we know.<br/><br/>He would also do well with children due to his demeanor. <br/><br/>🎥 VIDEO on our Facebook page of him finding his joy just for simply being included! it's that simple with him. <br/>He's a beauty.<br/><br/>Visit or apply online at www.amherstanimalshelter.org/adopt
