Suzy's Story

Current Location:
Playa del Carmen Mexico
Ready to travel to Canada

2 to 3 year old Suzy had been abandoned with her brother and one of our community members fed them in the streets until a few weeks back. Suzy stopped eating and looked very sick. She wouldn't move for a few days until we got alerted, she had a pyometra (which is pus in her uterus). She had an emergency surgery to get her uterus removed and save her life. It's in situations like this one that our organization stepping in to rescue really matters, as it saves lives!
Suzy is much better now.
