Email your filled out application back to us to be approved. We will review it and return calls.<br/><br/>Meet Suzana, a 19-week-old Cocker Spaniel girl with a natural long tail. She came to rescue on July 18th at 8 weeks old with a brother and sister sibling. We got them from a NC owner -breeder that we have dealt with in the past. With no vetting done she got first shots and other necessary vet care. She is a happy, growing girl. She eats Science Diet Puppy food and loves to play.<br/><br/>This sweet, happy, healthy girl is now ready for adoption. Her two siblings have already found their forever homes and now she is hoping to find hers too. She will need a secure fenced yard and can be placed into a home with a family and children 8 plus years old. She is a Velcro dog and enjoys being loved on or your favorite lap dog. She will need house training help and leash training. She has learned how to ride in a car, is doing well with crate training and loves to run and play in our backyard with the other dogs. She will not do well in a home with big dogs. She must be spayed at 6 months old and will also need umbilical hernia repair. A copy of this paperwork must be returned to our rescue showing that both of these have been done.<br/>, <br/><br/>Adoption fee $500
