Survivor's Story

Well, the time has come... Survivor is ready for a home !

My little buddy was found in a dirty shed down in Kentucky all by himself.. Thanks to cross your paws and a lot of amazing volunteers, I got to spend the last five weeks with this little guy..,,, maybe not so little anymore. When he was found he had a severe infection above his right eye. In just four weeks it has healed so much, and even growing back some of the hair!

This boy has been a joy to watch. Because he was the only one, he will need some extra training. There's certain social skills that puppies learn from their litter mates and since he was all alone , his humans must help him along. Such as biting, cuddling, and even teaching him how to deal with frustration,,, he doesn't have siblings to teach him he can't just have everything he wants. Theres certain skills that he needs to work on to become the very best dog and I know he will be!

He sleeps through the night, with maybe the exception of getting up to pee and going back to bed. He is crate trained and does very well. No accidents at all in his crate and goes right to sleep at bedtime.

He is partially pad trained and doing well with that and now its time to start really moving him outside.

I love this boy so much and hope to find him the very best home possible!! If you are interested please let me know, I can not run adoption apps for people I know,, but I will def tell you how to apply and let the team know!

I will have one more updated one tonight !
