Meet Super Frog
Meet Super Frog!
The pint size Pug/Chihuahua mix with a crooked little tail and cute stubby legs. He weighs 15 lbs and is a feisty little fella.
He was rescued from backyard living with some other dogs that were not alive anymore. He had a traumatic start to life but is adapting well to his new found dog life. He is learning that people and regular dog things, like walking on a leash are not scary like he thought. He is very timid with new people and dogs and will take awhile to get used to new things. He is not a huge fan of being picked up but he is coming around to it and getting pets is starting to feel great for him. He is potty trained and crate trained. He has had training classes for leash walking and is doing much better on the leash.
He is dog friendly and needs another dog to play with and show him the ropes of dog life. He has not been around cats or kids but due to his timidness older kids would be best for him. He does good in the crate as long as there is another dog in the crate with him or next to him and he loves sleeping under his foster moms bed at night. He loves running in the backyard and sunbathing.
His cute wrinkly face looks concerned most of the time but he is still adorable.

Our dogs are fostered in Texas but available for adoption in Colorado with stops in - Colorado Springs CO and Denver CO. These dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue.
Our out of state adoption fee is $550 for adults and $650 for puppies. This fee includes: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up to date heart-worm and flea preventative, heart-worm test if over 6 months, microchip with registration, health certificate, and transport costs.
As a Saving Hope direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc). The adoption application and fee would be finalized prior to transport.
