Sunshine

Sunshine and her 30 friends were rescued 9 months ago from living outside on heavy chains with no access to food, water or shelter. Their previous owner was arrested on animal cruelty charges and the dogs all came to our rescue.<br/>Sunny's personality reflects her name-she's always happy and nothing gets her down! She's affectionate and silly and it's impossible to be unhappy when she's around. <br/>Sunny is dog selective and seems to like very calm male dogs. She will need an adopter who will be patient with her because she's never lived inside of a home. She hasn't thrived in the kennel environment and due to her stress levels, hasn't mastered the art of walking on a leash well yet. She's smart and motivated to learn but desperately needs a quiet environment to decompress first. Sunny would love a home with a fenced in backyard where she can run and play.
