Sunshine Ace

Meet Sunshine Ace! This happy boy is as bright and sunny as his name suggests. He is a big guy - around 65-70 lbs. and 2-years-old. Ace and his friends were found abandoned on a lot around Christmas time. He, along with two other dogs and a kitty, were taken to HES by our officers, where they were given time to decompress from their time on the streets. <br/><br/>Ace immediately showed HES staff how friendly and affectionate he is. Gentle but with a playful spirit, he quickly captured hearts. Now in foster care, Sunshine Ace's foster mom says he is so sweet and loves spending time near his humans. He enjoys walks, but is also content to simply sit outside and "people watch." <br/><br/>Ace likes to play fetch and chew on chew toys. He loves soft places to nap, preferrable by your side, and follows his humans around like a curious little shadow. He seems to do well with other dogs, and based on his behavior assessment and previous history, we think he would likely do well in a home with kids and possibly cats. <br/><br/>Sunshine Ace is looking for his forever home.
