Sunshine

Meet Sunshine, a sweet young black Labrador who lives up to her name! This gentle, affectionate girl loves playing with her foster dog siblings, soaking up attention from her human foster sister, and relaxing on her favorite dog bed on the back porch. Her playful personality is blossoming, complete with adorable little zoomies and the occasional “borrowed” toy or couch pillow! Sunshine sleeps through the night, rides well in the car, and has been doing wonderfully with house training. She has hip dysplasia and will need a family committed to her veterinary care, anticipated surgery, and recovery. She could fit happily into many types of homes, including one with slightly older children who can be gentle and understand her physical limits. Sunshine is ready to bring plenty of love and sunshine to a family of her own!

You can read about Sunshine's journey in foster care in her blog.
https://brooklinelabrescue.org/blog/sunshine-3-black-labrador-female-7-months-old-id3807/

PLEASE NOTE: While this Lab may not be available for adoption by the time you complete the adoption process, other great Labs are always finding their way into our Rescue.

For more information on this Lab, please contact INFO@BROOKLINELABRESCUE.ORG.

If you are interested in adopting this Lab or any other Lab from our Rescue, please visit our Web site, www.brooklinelabrescue.org, for more information on our adoption process.
