Meet Sunday!<br/><br/>Sunday came to us after being found as a stray running down a very dangerous highway Philadelphia. <br/><br/>A good samaritan luckily saw her and got her to safety. They took her into their home, where she seemed entirely unbothered by her near death experience. She curled right up next to the family on the couch, wrapped herself in a blanket, and made herself right at home. <br/><br/>Sunday had no microchip but thanks to a neighborhood Facebook page they found she had belonged to a homeless man who lived in the area. Sadly this man was very mentally ill and released Sunday after deciding he no longer wanted her. <br/><br/>Sunday is a 2 year old mixed breed who is as sweet as can be! She loves to snuggle, is house trained and has been a perfect house guest in her foster home! She is very friendly to every person she meets, dog friendly, and walks well on a leash with no reactivity but does get a little excited when she sees other dogs! <br/><br/>Sunday is a young dog that will require a family up to the task of providing her the physical and mental exercise and training that all dogs require. <br/><br/>If you are interested in being considered for them please apply on our website at www.angelsretreat.org
