Summit

Meet Summit!
Summit is a goofy, playful boy with a gentle heart who is so ready for his chance to be someone's dog.

Born in January 2025, Summit has spent his entire life at Noah's Arc. He's never had the opportunity to experience life in a home, and we think he's more than ready.

Summit loves people, enjoys other dogs, and could live with children. He can be cautious on leash at first, but once he gets comfortable with his person, his fun-loving personality really comes out. He's been out in public settings several times and, while he's excited and eager to meet everyone, he's manageable when he's comfortable with the person handling him.

He's smart, food-motivated, affectionate, and just plain fun. Summit has so many wonderful qualities — he simply needs someone to give him the opportunity to shine.

Summit is:
Born January 2025
Border Collie/Labrador Retriever mix
Goofy, playful, and gentle
Affectionate and people-oriented
Good with other dogs
Could live with children
Smart and eager to learn
Eligible for a complimentary four-week training program through Sublime K9
Ready for his first chance at a forever home

Summit has spent his whole life waiting. Since 1991, we have been dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs and cats and helping them find safe, loving, lifelong homes.

Our pets are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick prevention, dewormed, and examined by a veterinarian. Dogs are heartworm tested and cats are FIV/FeLV tested when age appropriate, unless otherwise noted.

Meet-and-greets are scheduled by appointment after an adoption application has been submitted. Our adoption process is designed to help each pet find the right forever home.
