Sully's Story

The smile on Sully's face proves that dogs love unconditionally! Despite being abandoned with his sister Boo and left to fend for himself at just a few months old, Sully has really opened up to his foster mom. He has the most expressive eyes and beautiful tuxedo coat! Nothing less for such a distinguished gentleman! This precious pup previously called a junkyard his “home.” Our team was so happy a foster family stepped up and we were able to help him and his sister Boo (the sweet adoptable girly with the gorgeous white coat in some of the pictures with Sully!).

Sully’s foster mom reports that both he and his sister are the biggest cuddle bugs ever! They LOVE to snuggle and can’t wait until you get home so they can curl up next to you. Sully is sometimes a little shy when experiencing new things and would definitely appreciate a human who respects that and can help him feel safe and loved in every situation. With his past of being abandoned and let down so badly by humans, who can blame him? While in foster he and Boo have been working on learning leash walking, crate training, basic tricks and having fun. Oh, also their foster sibling pups have taught them fun games, like “keep away” and “stick hunting.”

Sully is available for adoption in the central Texas area, either by himself or with his sister Boo. Don't you need this sweet boi (and maybe his sis, too!) as part of your furever family? Reach out today to learn more!
