Stuart's Story

Stuart is an extremely handsome young lad with a world-class Heeler tail. Stuart loves his humans deeply and always wants to be close to them. Stuart’s ideal home is one with lots of room for him to run and play (like a few acres or a farm.)

Stuart gets along well with his Heeler foster brothers, but he might even do well living with a Heeler sister. Stuart is great on walks (off leash) out in the country, comes immediately when called, and absolutely loves his name. He stays pretty close to his humans and Heeler brothers on walks.

Stuart plays well with his foster brothers and never gets aggressive or out of control. However, he is a master of high-speed zoomies, but once back inside the house, he settles down and takes a nap with the other dogs. Stuart is not a hyperactive Heeler and is very laid back in the house. He is also a great bed partner and sleeps all night soundly.

Stuart loves to ride and loads up as a cattle dog should. He is a very laid-back passenger and enjoys napping on long rides.

Stuart is one of the happiest foster pups we have met. He always has a smile on his face, a wagging tail, and wants to be part of everything.

This handsome boy weighs 36 pounds, has a long tail, and is approximately 2 years old. He is neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. He is taking heartworm and flea preventative.
