Stuart's Story

Meet Stuart!

Stuart is a sweet little 9-pound Chihuahua/Italian Greyhound mix with gorgeous orange fur and the cutest forward-facing ears. He's currently working on gaining some weight, but he has no trouble keeping busy while he does it!

Stuart is a certified human shadow. Wherever his people go, Stuart is right behind them, and you can hear his tiny little pitter patter, pitter patter as he hustles across the floor to keep up. He loves sitting on laps, following his humans around, and making sure he knows what everyone is up to.
He's also a BIG fan of food, which is especially helpful because this little guy is working on putting some weight back on. Stuart is mostly house trained and uses a pee pad during the day, too.

When Stuart first came into rescue, he had a URI, so he's been separated from the other animals while he recovers. His previous home reported that he loved being around other animals, although he hasn't shown much interest in the dogs around him so far.
Stuart also arrived with some skin issues from fleas. Thankfully, his skin is healing beautifully, and he's looking better every day.

For now, Stuart is enjoying the simple things: good food, cozy laps, following his favorite humans from room to room, and making the world's tiniest amount of noise while doing it. His little feet may be small, but that pitter-patter means Stuart has arrived.

We are accepting applications for Stuart now, but prior to final adoption, Stuart will be getting a dental and a biopsy on his nose bump (once he shakes off the last of his kennel cough).

If you want this sweet gentleman to be your new best friend, apply to be Stuart's person today!

You can apply for Stuart directly on our website www.allgooddogsrescue.org.

All Good Dogs Rescue's Adoption Policy
We do not have a first come first serve policy, but rather seek to match dogs to the right person. We do not adopt to people who will keep their dogs outside, or who are not willing to provide standard medical care. We start with an application, moving on to a video chat. If that goes well we move on to an in person meeting with adopters current dogs in attendance. If they want to move forward we do a brief virtual home visit before the adoption.
