Stripe

<p>Our volunteers ran Stripe in a team back on 1/18/2009, and soon after he went into a shelter foster home. This is their report at the time: "The owner turning him in said he was a fast sled dog&nbsp;that is a hard worker. This poor boy is totally unsocial and afraid of a&nbsp;lot of things. We had high hopes that he would go. He is easy to handle&nbsp;but I think is so traumatized by being at the shelter and around different&nbsp;people he has just shut down. He may have run well for his owner, so might&nbsp;have great potential with the right owner, but we took him out of the team&nbsp;at the beginning for he just didn't want to go.&nbsp;He is 4 years old and already neutered."</p><br/><p>1/10/2013 UPDATE, when we pulled him into SCL: Stripe is now a mid aged/older dog that has some health problems that don't allow him to run. He is on a lung medication for life but that doesn't quell his zest for life.
