This 42-pound sweetheart is the perfect mix of playful, cuddly, and loyal-and she's ready to bring love and joy to her forever home. Stormy arrived at the shelter through no fault of her own. Her previous family described her as wonderful with children and it's easy to see why. She's a total lovebug who quickly wins hearts wherever she goes.<br/><br/>Stormy is currently in a foster home and thriving. She's fully housetrained with zero accidents, and she's comfortable staying alone for several hours. Although she may whine a little when you leave, she settles down quickly into her favorite cozy spot. She's working on crate training and doing well. Stormy already knows "sit" and is making great progress on "stay"-thanks to her love of treats, training is both fun and rewarding.<br/><br/>Her foster family reports that Stormy has showed off her sweet, snuggly, and well-mannered personality. She is perfectly content lounging on the couch, being a lazy cuddlebug, and entertaining herself with stuffed toys. Whether she's relaxing or playing, she's happy just being close to her people.<br/><br/>Stormy loves a good walk, where she can take in all the sights and smells. She may pull a little, especially if a squirrel crosses her path, but she responds well to a gentle tug on the leash. Overall, she walks nicely and really enjoys outdoor adventures.<br/><br/>She's also met a few visitors in her foster home and welcomed them with her usual tail wags and excitement. Stormy can be a little jumpy when she's excited, but it's all out of love and enthusiasm to be with people. Wherever you go, she wants to be right there with you-your little shadow and biggest fan.<br/><br/>ATTRIBUTES: Stormy has lived with children.
