These four sibling boys are Belgian Shepherd and Tervuren mixes, about 4 months old and already a striking 38–40 lbs — and still growing! They came to us from Lancaster after they didn’t sell, and while they’ve had a lot of change in a short time, their potential is undeniable.<br/><br/>These boys are:<br/>🧠 Extremely smart<br/>⚡ Highly active and driven<br/>🐕 Busy, curious, and eager to learn<br/><br/>Right now, they’re a bit shy, which isn’t surprising given their start in life. Our volunteers are working hard on socialization, confidence building, and positive exposure, and we’re already seeing progress. With structure and consistency, these pups will thrive.<br/><br/>That said, these are not dogs for the faint of heart. Belgian mixes are demanding: they need time, training, mental stimulation, and engagement. They are not “easy puppies” and will require committed adopters who understand what comes with smart, working breeds.<br/><br/>We are looking for experienced homes that:<br/>✔️ understand shepherd / Belgian breeds<br/>✔️ are ready for an active, intelligent dog<br/>✔️ can provide training, structure, and outlets for energy<br/>✔️ see challenge as opportunity<br/><br/>For the right person, these boys will be incredible partners — loyal, brilliant, and deeply bonded to their people.
