Stone 's Story

Meet Stone 🐾
Stone is a happy, happy guy who seems to wake up every day ready to celebrate life. With his huge signature smile and constant excitement for attention, he honestly reminds us of a furry little Energizer Bunny. He’s absolutely adorable and always eager to be part of whatever is happening around him.
Estimated to be around 2–4 years old, Stone came to us as a stray, so we don’t know much about his past. Based on his physical condition when he arrived, we can only assume he may not have always been cared for the way he deserved. What we do know now is that Stone is ready for a true fresh start — one filled with love, comfort, and a family who will spoil him the way every dog should be.
Since he’s still new, we’re continuing to learn more about him each day, but so far he’s shown himself to be a well-rounded, fun-loving boy. He has a higher energy level and is always ready for activity, yet he also settles nicely and enjoys a good nap after playtime. We have a strong suspicion he’ll quickly claim his spot as both a couch and bed hog — and an excellent cuddle buddy.
Stone is:
✨Extremely treat-motivated
✨Already sitting like a pro
✨Eager to learn and build on his training
✨Always ready for adventures and outings
✨Affection-seeking and people-focused
We imagine Stone would make a wonderful family dog, especially in a home that can match his upbeat personality and enthusiasm. He seems like the kind of companion who would happily join in on playtime with kids, hikes, car rides, or just relaxing at home after a busy day.
If you’re looking for a fun-loving, affectionate companion who will keep you smiling, Stone might just be your perfect match.
Stop in during business hours to meet Stone, or submit an adoption questionnaire at www.mcwvanimalshelter.com.
