Stewart's Story

Meet Stewart! Stewart is 4 years old and weighs 50 lbs. He is a unique mix of Staffordshire terrier and chihuahua! Stewart loves to play ball, visit parks, and go on walks. He is housebroken and crate trained, but does well in the home without being crated when alone. He takes a bit to warm up to people, but once but once he does he's affectionate and loyal. Because of this, we feel Stewart would do best in a home with adults. He's been friendly to dogs during his limited interactions with them, but has not lived with another dog. P.O.E.T. Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

We do not have a physical shelter. All animals are in private foster homes and we can not schedule a meet and greet for any puppy or kitten under 8 weeks of age. We require an application, home visit, vet check, landlord check (if applicable) and adoption contract. Fee for puppies, with age appropriate vaccines, and altered is $375. Dogs fully vetted and altered over 6 months are $350 Cats altered and vaccinated are $75, kittens are $150.
