Meet Sterling
My name is Sterling and besides being smart I have my good looks going for me as well. I know basic commands plus I can be left unsupervised for a couple hours and free roam without being destructive. I have been living with a couple other dogs and do great with them. However, on a recent Meet and Greet I didn't respond well to my potential siblings. We think it may be because I am a little protective of my foster family. So the next Meet and Greet will be without them present.
Recently, I was around a 10 year old and did fine. She stayed at our house. I do tend to get overly excited when new people come to the house so I am kept in my crate until everything calms down.
I am an Aussie so I like a big yard and my foster dad walks me and we also run together. Just remember I can react to other dogs as I want to make sure my people are safe from all potential harm.
Really, I love people, am food motivated and just aim to please. Why wouldn't you want me?
