STELLA IN PORTLAND, MAINE!
Age: 7 yrs
Weight: 49 lbs
Breed: mix

We are cross-posting this lovely lady for our friends at Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland.

Meet Stella! This beautiful lady came to us recently and has quickly stolen our hearts. Stella is here to bring joy, warmth, and endless affection into your home. With her sweet demeanor and playful spirit, Stella is ready to find her forever family and become your new best friend. This sweet girl is a little shy at first but once she meets you, you get to see her true silly side as she hops around the yard and sits in your lap. She is the sweetest, cuddliest baby with the most gentle eyes.

Stella finds other dogs a bit stressful in close proximity and would do best as an only dog. We do think she could make some good friends outside the home but slower, lower stress interactions would likely be preferred.

If you have any cats in the home, she is reported to have done fine with them in her previous home, but our canine team will discuss proper introductions with you.

If you have any kiddos in the home, we ask that you bring them by to meet her, she is reported to have met kids a few times and did fine, but we always like to have them meet at the shelter!

If you're interested in Stella, reach out to the shelter directly at https://arlgp.org/ today!!
