Meet Stella!<br/><br/>Stella was surrendered after only about a month in her previous home because she was able to escape the fence. She's a young girl who still has some learning and growing to do, so her new family will need to make sure she has secure fencing and plenty of supervision while she settles in and learns her boundaries.<br/><br/>Her previous owner says Stella is crate-trained and leash-trained and is still working on becoming fully house-trained. She's also been described as good with kids, although she could use some help with her manners. She has done well with other dogs here at the shelter and has been good with some cats.<br/><br/>And this girl knows how to have FUN! Stella loves toys, playing in the water, cuddling, and spending time with her people. She's friendly, affectionate, and has the kind of playful personality that makes it hard not to smile around her.<br/><br/>Stella is looking for a family who understands that young dogs need patience, structure, and consistency.
