Stedman's Story

Meet Stedman!! This beefcake was found as a stray in Houston, TX. Unfortunately, once brought to the shelter he quickly found himself on the euthanasia list due to spacing and the unlikelihood of of a big, black, scarred up, heartworm positive pitbull being a desired dog. Well, we loved everything about Stedman and were able to save him. He arrived at the shelter underweight (pic included) but has since really put on the pounds. He could now stand to lose some!!! He's about 5-6 years old, and 80lbs. His big pittie smile will melt your heart and he's a real funny guy. Unfortunately, he is still waiting for a family to come along that wants him. He has been treated for heartworms and is now heartworm negative!!! He would love someone to let him relax in his dog bed, take him on walks, and let him rip the stuffing out of all of his toys!! Although not dog aggressive, he can be dominant and we think him being the only dog in the home is ideal. He is currently located in Houston, TX but we offer transport which is included in his adoption fee If interested, info@theunderdogconnection.org.
