As part of the Packer Litter of five, Starr waited months for her chance to leave the shelter behind. She has now safely arrived in Wisconsin and is settling nicely into her foster home.<br/><br/>Meet Starr<br/><br/>Starr is a brown Lab mix who is approximately seven months old and weighs around 35–40 pounds. She is sweet, friendly, and loving, with a gentle personality that shines despite her difficult start. Starr is dog friendly and kid friendly. While she has not been cat tested, her young age suggests she would likely do well with cats given proper introductions.<br/><br/>Having grown up in a shelter environment, Starr is just beginning to learn what home life is all about. She will need continued help with potty training, crate training, and leash manners.
