This shining lady is a twinkling light in the evening sky. Star is a Shepard mix and was found as a stray. She has had numerous litters and now finally has the chance to enjoy "her time. Star was rescued by the wonderful Campbell County animal shelter. She is a shy, kind and a loving lady. The shelter is a tough place for a timid beauty and she will thrive even more once she finds a kind foster home or a permanent family. Star had a rough life on the streets and her dietary needs were enough to survive but not support her overall. Her coat is starting to return and will eventually return be the full, colorful shining beauty. She weighs approximately 69 pounds and has not been spayed but will be soon. Star is timid but once she sees that you are kind, patient and trusted she will hug, kiss and lean on you. She loves a belly rub and is instantly submissive to accept any type of affection from you.
