Star #12 Black Labrador Retriever Killingworth, CT

Star #12 is a very sweet, 4 month old, black female lab mix. Star is smart as well as full of fun, love, and all things puppy. She absolutely loves routine. She’s up in the morning and right out to potty and then breakfast! She may ask to potty again by going to the door or searching for her leash. Yes she will get her leash go outside. She i as smart as a whip. Star plays quietly with her toys. After that it’s a morning snooze on the couch. The day is cycles of playing in the yard (she LOVES her toys), short walks on the leash, and rest. Star will give clear clues to what she needs. She is in her crate to sleep with no fuss and for short periods for her safety during the day when she will cry briefly then settle quickly. Star has made real progress with the commands come and sit. She’s a snuggler! Star is a curious puppy and needs a fenced yard.

ADOPTION FEES: $495 non-refundable adoption fee for all vet expenses (spay/neuter, shots, etc.) and transportation to ensure your lab gets to you in a safe, professional manner. All fees may be paid using PayPal, cashier's checks, or money orders. Labs4rescue does not accept personal checks for adoption fees. All adopters must pay their Labs4rescue adoption fee prior to the rescue shipping their dog.

Residents of Massachusetts or New Hampshire are required to pay an additional $125 fee, which defrays the cost of their state's mandatory 48 hour isolation and examination by a licensed veterinarian.
