Meet Stan the man! Beneath that fuzzy and cute exterior is a TRUE SURVIVOR!! ***(please watch the video attached to see what he endured as a pup-young adult :( **** Stanley, and his sisters/brothers/cousins/uncles/dad and various other relatives, came to us from HORRID conditions! With nutrition and skins issues that compounded his fear and mistrust of people.... With LOVE, medication, healthy nutrition and time, care, and understanding Stanley has physically healed from his ordeal. He is healing psychologically too! He searches out for affection and has finally decided people are not ALL bad!!! The rescue peeps have worked SOOOOO HARD to heal and help him learn what it means to be a dog who is truly loved. AND HE IS!!! Now, Stanley still needs a patient and understanding adoptive family. Someone who will take all the time he needs to know where he belongs, he requires another social and playful dog to help him continue to grow more confident and loving!! Stanley is a perfect size, about 35# soaking wet. He won't take up too much room on your couch... but he WILL FILL YOUR HEART!!! ADOPT HIM!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)

All our adoptable animals come fully vetted (for their age) with shots, microchips and spayed or neutered. We look for the very best homes for our rescues - no matter where you live. We WILL get them to you ;). Adoption application applies as well as adoption fee.
