Stan the Man's Story
Meet Stan, a calm, kind-hearted mini Aussie with an easygoing spirit and a quiet sparkle in his eyes. At around 3 years old, this handsome boy has mastered the fine art of relaxation—with just the right amount of athletic flair when the mood (or the tennis ball) strikes.

Stan is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, crate-trained, leash-trained, house-trained, and ready to bring a gentle rhythm to your life. He’s chill, polite, and the kind of dog who reminds you to slow down and enjoy the small things—like the satisfying squeak of a toy or the perfection of a well-executed belly rub.

While a bit shy at first, Stan warms up quickly once he senses kindness. He’s especially comfortable with women but is gentle and respectful with everyone he meets. Men will just need to put in a little extra time to earn his trust—and maybe toss the ball once or twice (or fifty times).

Stan loves other dogs and doesn’t bother with cats, but he’d also do fine as the only dog in a calm home. He’d thrive in a peaceful setting with patient people who understand that, like many Aussies, his “flight mode” can kick in if startled—so secure doors, calm introductions, and a watchful eye are a must.

A fenced yard is a plus, but not essential; what Stan really needs is a person or family who values connection over chaos. And if that home includes car rides and a steady supply of squeaky toys, all the better.

If you think Stan might be your perfect co-pilot and cuddle buddy, please submit an application here: https://forms.gle/S2gX7nNx3ZNd6Z3C6

Note: These little Aussies are adorable, brilliant, and braver than they should be — but they’re also a work in progress. They grew up together in a quiet kennel environment, so the big wide world is still a lot to process. Loud noises, fast movements, and new people (especially men and kids) can be intimidating. They walk beautifully on leash but need time, patience, and a calm routine to feel secure. A predictable home life and a well-matched canine friend will help them shine. Because they are flight risks, adopters must have a solid plan to prevent escapes and help them safely explore the world at their own pace.
