Stampede, also known as Stampy, is a young, energetic, and affectionate dog who is ready to find his forever home. At just under 2 years old and around 50 pounds, he is a great mid-sized companion who can keep up with an active lifestyle but also enjoys relaxing and spending quiet time with his people.<br/>Stampede is playful, curious, and athletic. He loves being engaged, whether that is going on walks, playing, or working on enrichment activities like puzzle bowls. After he has had his fun, he settles in nicely and enjoys cuddling and downtime.<br/>He has a gentle and friendly nature and does very well with other dogs, including puppies and small dogs. He is also great with older children. Stampede can occasionally show some playful, bully-style mouthiness, so he would do best in a home without small children who may be overwhelmed by that play style.<br/>Stampede is crate-trained and housebroken, which will help make his transition into a home much smoother.
