Stacy's Story
Stacy is a female Australian Cattle Dog mix born around October 2024. After lovingly raising her puppies in rescue, this sweet girl is now ready to find a forever home of her own.

Stacy is extremely shy when meeting new people, but once she feels safe and comfortable, her gentle and loving personality begins to shine. She’s a sensitive pup who needs a calm, patient family willing to let her build confidence at her own pace. With time, kindness, and reassurance, Stacy becomes an affectionate companion who loves staying close to her foster mom.

She gets along well with other dogs and would likely thrive with a confident canine friend to help show her the ropes. Because of her timid nature, Stacy would do best in a quieter home and would likely be best with older children who can respect her space and gentle personality.

Stacy is potty trained, though she may have a few nervous tinkles when meeting new people or in unfamiliar situations. She is still gaining confidence on a leash and can be easily startled. When scared, she may back up, flatten herself to the ground, or try to hide. Her future family should be prepared to continue helping her build confidence with patience, encouragement, and positive experiences.

She does great in a kennel and rides very well in the car. Watching Stacy gain confidence day by day has been incredibly rewarding. If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle companion and are willing to give her the time she needs to come out of her shell, Stacy will reward you with so much love and trust.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee:
$525.00
