Here's your chance to volunteer with an exceptional group @ Rosemarie's Rescue Ranch and LITERALLY save a life by fostering. Looking for a loving, energetic, and playful pup? Stacey is your girl. Stacey is approximately 7 months old and is currently 28 lbs. We believe she is a Mountain Feist/Portuguese Podengo. Stacey is full of energy and loves to play and run around - she needs time to run and play daily. A fenced in yard would be preferred. She is friendly and is good with dogs and kids. She loves to be pet, desires attention and likes to cuddle. She is crate trained and sleeps well in the crate at night and patiently waits in the morning until you are ready to take her out. She can also rest quietly in her crate in the day as needed. She is housetrained. She knows the sit command and is learning others. She does not bark much. She will need additional time to acclimate to being on leash. Our wonderful Foster to Adopt Option is a great way to experience adding a new family member, without making a lifetime commitment first. No pressure, no second thoughts, just enjoy your time together and see if the chemistry is right and it's a fit for your family. Minimum commitment of 2 weeks needed. Fosters always get first dibs to adopt within 2 weeks, but are not required to. All supplies/loaner crates/support are provided. Its a total win-win!!
