1. Check In When You Arrive When you get to our campus, use your phone to scan one of the QR codes posted at the entrance to join our digital check-in system. No app required—you’ll get a link to monitor your place in line and receive text updates when it’s your turn. If you don’t have a phone or need help, our staff will check you in manually. Please note: Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Wait times may vary depending on how many guests are in line. 2. Browse and Meet Available Pets You can view adoptable pets online before you arrive—or just explore in person. Once you’re checked in, let us know if there’s a specific pet you’re here to meet. When it’s your turn, an adoption counselor will help you learn more and arrange a meet and greet if needed. Helpful Tip: You can list more than one Animal ID number in case your first choice is already being considered by another guest. 3. Fall in Love? Let’s Make It Official If you decide to adopt, we’ll walk you through the paperwork and get you started on your new journey together. Everything can be done digitally with support from our team.
