She walks nicely on leash, only pulling a bit when she’s excited to explore. Out on walks, she’s food-motivated, enjoys meeting new people, and loves belly rubs. <br/><br/>In playgroups, Spruce has been polite with other dogs—she tends to do her own thing, following handlers around and soaking up attention—but she’s started to show more of a playful side as she gains confidence. <br/><br/>Spruce would thrive in a calm, loving home or foster environment where she can continue healing, both inside and out.
