Spots (in Foster)'s Story
Meet Spotty ??

Spotty is a calm, intelligent, and affectionate three-legged male dog who is ready to find his forever home. After surviving life on the streets and recovering from a leg amputation due to an accident, Spotty has adapted beautifully and continues to thrive.

Spotty is a very gentle soul. He is quiet and does not bark, loves people, and is extremely approachable. He gets along well with other dogs and cats, making him a wonderful companion in a multi-pet household. He is fully potty-trained and walks nicely on a leash, following directions well while outdoors.

Spotty enjoys car rides and has gone on many trips with his foster family, including visits to parks, beaches, and even a farm. He loves exploring new places, though due to his disability, he needs assistance getting in and out of the car.

He would do best living indoors, where he feels safe and comfortable. Spotty does not like being caged and prefers freedom and companionship. While he is generally well-behaved, adopters should be mindful that he has an adventurous side—secure fencing and supervision are important, as he may try to escape if given the opportunity.

When it comes to food, Spotty can be protective and a bit nervous. It is recommended that he be allowed to eat separately and peacefully to help him feel secure during mealtime.

Spotty is a loving, resilient dog who has overcome so much and still has so much love to give. He would thrive in a patient, caring home that understands his needs and is willing to give him the stability and affection he deserves.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a gentle heart and an inspiring story, Spotty may be the perfect match.
