Spice – Terrier(?) mix ~ 3 yrs – female (65lbs)<br/> <br/>Have you met Spice? 🌶️ This uniquely beautiful girl was originally confiscated from a hoarding situation along with 100+ other dogs. They were living in horrible conditions in dirt and on top of cars in a junkyard type of situation. Thankfully, she was saved and taken to a county shelter. We spotted her there and knew we had to rescue her. For some unknown reason, Spice has now been waiting at our shelter for well over a year, but we are still committed to finding her a loving, forever family. She deserves to enjoy life in a home with people who love her! <br/><br/>Spice is a low shedding dog who is super smart and loves to have fun. She adores a toy and will happily play fetch, chew on a bone, or carry around a stuffy. She can go from chasing a ball to solving a puzzle to snuggling on the couch - she’s a lady of many talents. Spice doesn’t have any accidents in her kennel, loves to go for walks, and is pretty good on a leash. She also loves to run on the treadmill. She adores all people, including kids, but might be a little too physical for children under five. She lives up to her name and can be quite sassy and opinionated. She cracks us up on a daily basis! Spice loves to play with other dogs, but will need a meet and greet to make sure any dogs in the home already are a good fit. She’s a bossy girl with a big personality and needs a male companion who can handle that. She would also be great as the only dog in the home. Spice is ready to find a person or family who will appreciate, love, and show her all the good that life has to offer.
