Spenser was rescued along with 11 other beagle boys from an animal testing facility in the United Stats. Until now, he's known only a cage and the inside of a laboratory as his whole world.<br/><br/>Spenser is doing amazing in his foster home where he's being fostered alongside Clouseau from the same rescue, and with two other laboratory survivors, adopted previously by his foster parents.<br/><br/>Spenser loves to play with all the dogs and is affectionate and sweet with all. He is an especially beautiful beagle boy, and we know he is going to make for a loving, loyal, wonderful companion to the right human.
