Spencer will be available for in-person meetings starting Monday, December 8th at our open house from 3-5 pm (located at our shelter - 106 Adams Street, Medfield, MA 02052). Walk-in visitors are welcome, but dog selection priority is given to those with applications and appointment times on file. At an estimated 7 months old, he has stolen the hearts of his Tennessee-based foster parents and everyone he meets with his gorgeous blue eyes. He is smart, loving, playful and full of personality. He loves exploring in the yard, loves chew toys, and loves cuddle time when he isn't busy playing. Spencer is going to make a great companion or a new addition to any family! <br/><br/>As a puppy, Spencer will need continued house, leash and crate training in his new home. You must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.<br/><br/>All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. <br/>Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. <br/>Forever Home Rescue makes all of the transportation arrangements.<br/><br/>Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs.<br/>Any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the South and will prefer to do their business outdoors. <br/>Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up.<br/><br/>Also, please note our open houses which occur most every week at foreverhomerescue.org. You can see when we are open and also which dogs will be at each open house. Dogs marked 'out of town' will not usually be at open houses until they are local.
