Speedbump's Story
Meet Speedbump - A Remarkable Canine! <br/><br/>Speedbump was recently transferred to Pet Alliance from St. Croix Animal Welfare Center. This lovable dog has shown incredible resilience after being struck by a vehicle three times!ĀUnfortunately, back in St Croix, an individual accidentally drove over a stray dog in their driveway, not seeing the dog initially. They realized after feeling bumps while backing up, pulling forward, and backing up again. Once rescued, Speedbump recovered for several months at a veterinarian's residence, receiving excellent care and love. He was a favorite of the St. Croix staff, and they all went to the airport to bid him farewell before he made the journey to Florida. Many tears were shed upon his departure from the islands, and even more will be shed when he finds his forever home here in Florida. <br/><br/>Please visit Speedbump at our Sanford Shelter and let's get this 6-year-old boy adopted!<br/><br/>Speeedbump Fun Fact: His adoption fee is coverd by his BFF's at Stanley Steemer!
