Speed is a one year old Terrier mix who is a complete superstar!!. He is one of those dogs that the second you meet him, you know that he is an incredible old soul and that you are in the presence of pure love. He was rescued from a high-kill shelter and then needed emergency surgery when he swallowed a dog toy. Things have gotten much better since then. He made a full recovery and look at the photos of him with the staff at the vet's office!! He is a charismatic heartthrob! Speed loves everyone and everything - people, dogs and cats too. Just a very special dog and hope you can tell how much everyone loves this guy. He is everyone's best friend the second he meets them. Just that kind of special dog. Great with other dogs and has lived with cats. He is a very very especially wonderful dog. We have had hundreds of dogs through here and he is truly the best of the best.

Speed is great with other dogs and is currently in cage-free boarding with a dozen other dogs and gets along beautifuly with everyone. He has lived with cats and does fine. A little work on basic manners, but his temperament is as good as it gets. Bring on children! He does great off-leash on hikes and comes on command. He loves going for car rides. He is crate-trained and housebroken.
He is not a big barker.

Speed is heartworm negative, dewormed, treated for fleas, vaccinated and neutered. His adoption fee is $295
