Spazzy came from a seizure case in Shenandoah County, where she was kept in a tiny space with nearly 20 other dogs. After everything she's endured, she's still learning to trust, which makes her nervous and reactive with new people. But beneath that fear is a dog who wants to believe in kindness. Despite her past, Spazzy is energetic, playful, and very puppy-like. She loves to explore and zoom around sometimes a bit too enthusiastically, as she's known to be an escape artist. She'll need basic training and a patient, experienced dog owner who understands that healing takes time. Spazzy may be a work in progress, but she is full of heart and hope.
