The situation had become devastating — coyotes had discovered the property and were picking off puppies night after night. Thankfully, Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue (CCAR) was able to step in and bring several of these dogs to safety — including this little spark of joy.<br/><br/>According to our veterinarian’s best assessment, Sparky is a mini purebred Chihuahua. He currently weighs just 2½ pounds and is truly as small as he is mighty.<br/><br/>✨ Personality:<br/>Sparky is the spunkiest, funniest little guy you’ll ever meet. He loves to:<br/> • Play and explore<br/> • Eat (enthusiastically 😄)<br/> • Snuggle in close<br/> • Interact with people — he’s incredibly smart and thrives on attention and engagement<br/><br/>💉 Medical:<br/> • Up to date on age-appropriate puppy vaccinations<br/> • Neuter surgery will be fully covered by CCAR at Simi Valley Spay & Neuter Clinic when he is 6 months old<br/><br/>Because Sparky is so tiny and delicate, we will be extremely selective with his adoption.
