Sparky was found as a stray on July 11, 2025, and at just 2 years and 7 months old, he should be living his best young-dog life -- learning routines, going on adventures, and growing up in a home. Instead, Sparky has spent 229 days waiting in a shelter kennel. And it's starting to show.
