BARC Rescue welcomes sweet little Sparky! This precious boy is the only black puppy in his litter, making him extra easy to spot and even easier to love. Sparky was born to a very sweet beagle/terrier mix mama who weighs only about 30 pounds, and although their story began sadly when mom and her puppies were abandoned, they are now safe, cared for, and ready for brighter days ahead. Sparky is a darling little pup with so much love to give, and he is hoping for a forever family who will treasure him the way he deserves.
