Baby boy Spark was picked up by animal control as a stray. He landed in the shelter and when no one came to claim him, we had to bring him into our care! The shelter is no place for a baby to grow up in!<br/><br/>This smart pup is a quick study. He is eager to please and is getting the hang of living in a home. He LOVES his people, and missing out on what everyone else is doing is not his fav. He has serious FOMO! He is settling into a new routine in his foster home, and relaxes in his crate after voicing some initial complaints.
