Hi! My name is Spaghetti! I am 3 years old, and fully grown at 73lbs. I am a spayed female who is microchipped, heartworm tested and fully vaccinated. My adoption fee has been sponsored by a lovely donor so I am FREE to go home! Feel free to visit at the animal shelter Monday through Friday 11am to 5pm and Saturdays 10am to 2pm. You could describe me by a few of these characteristics: Energy level-"I could go for a leisurely stroll." Affectionate-"I'd rather be by myself." Strangers-"With a proper introduction, I can warm up to most people." House Manners-"I do best when I have a consistent schedule and routine." Kids-"I don't know yet, but I'm sure I would love to be a part of a family!" Dogs-"Probably, with a proper introduction I could get along with most dogs" Cats-I don’t know yet, I’ve never met a cat but I’m open to it with the proper introduction" Health-"I have a clean bill of health! In addition, I may have some behavior medication to transition into my new home!"

Grapevine Animal Services's Adoption Policy

In order to adopt a dog or cat, you must come to our shelter and meet with the animal. We cannot accept holds or adoptions over the phone. We encourage all family members, including any existing dogs, to meet your prospective adoptee. Once the adoption application has been completed and approved most animals can go home the same day. All adoptions are $40 and include a $30 Spay/Neuter voucher and a $10 voucher for a Rabies vaccination as applicable. We are located in Grapevine off of Northwest Highway. From NW Hwy, take Main St. north to Dove Loop. Go west on Dove Loop one street to Shady Brook. We are at the northwest corner of Dove Loop and Shady Brook. Our shelter hours are: Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm* Saturday 9 am - 12 pm *There may be rare events where all staff must leave the building and the shelter will be closed. They will return as soon as the emergency situation is handled.
